hot time
Hey Richard,
It seems like it got to around 107 with 95% humidity at the South Bend National Meet around 1985. I remember we were really cooking on that hot asphalt where they had the car show.Comment

I was there in 88 as well and also remember the heat . I was tenting at a campground out near the proving grounds . It didnt cool down much at night either . It was the first time I got to dirve an Avanti and see the Chicken Hawk for real .. It was a very memorable trip .Love my LarkComment

South Bend is a land of extremes... It can be 102 here in the summer and -10 in the winter...
