Mike
I am hijacking your thread a little here unless you can help me.
I want to run a 1405 or 1403 Eidelbrock Carb on Sandi's 61 Hawk Stock 289 cid. It currently has a 2 bbl intake on it. So I am looking for a 4 bbl intake to accomodate this carb.
Hoping to find one close by and cheap!
Any help would be appreciated.
Good Roads
Brian

Woody,
I have no idea what intake fits a 289, but I saw this on Ebay.

That's strange, this guy has been buying & selling Studebaker parts for years, and does not recognize that Intake as a CADILLAC? It has a Cadillac part Number.

Any Cast Iron Intake would have to be Factory, and that is not from the Studebaker Factory!

Oh well, back to Mike's 26 Parts Cars! :(

He knows what it is, he just forgot. You are just jealous the WA shipping is more!

Some wagon parts are on ebay now.

I think you mean 25. One of them (the '55) does NOT belong on the list.
Or rather- the drivetrain does not. It's a late '55 Commander, BTW.

Good luck with the sales Mike! I sure wish I was in a position to make a move on some of these :(

Now the pics will be all mixed up, here they come.

here are a few more pics, kind of hard to get it all in. The blue hartop is pretty rusty, but the Disc Brake set up has what look like near new rotors, and all the brackets and hardware to do a swap. I think there are 2 complete set ups and parts from others.. I have new seals, hoses and calipers to make it like new.

I thought for sure you were going to scold him for violating the one post limit in the Forum advertising policy! ;)

Seriously, good luck with those, Mike. Wish I lived closer for one of those Wagonaire frames and another TT 44.

I would almost bet Ron, that what you want is what everyone wants, a good front clip! Sorry, someone already beat you to that. It is a '56 2E7-122 with no Eng. ,Trans, , or Front end, just Cab, Bed, front & rear Axle, Steering Gear and Frame, make offer on all or part!

Well, I ought to bet you the truck that my intention wasn't what you think. Actually, you've answered my question. Yet, at the same time, you're also quite right. However, with the cavet that I was interested in the rest of the truck coming with that front clip. http://serve.mysmiley.net/winking/winking0071.gif (http://www.mysmiley.net/free-tongue-smileys.php) Out of curiosity, how rusty is the remainder of the truck? Are there more pictures of it available?

Actually, I have 3 of these C cab trucks in various conditions from some cancer to pristine body panels.

Even the rusty one has had no bondo repairs, and has original paint. I can post pics soon.

Are there any bits from a 1962 Lark available? Now, I'm in Australia and perhaps shipping here isn't available but I thought I'd see what may be there.

(S)
03-01-2011, 10:52 AM
Yes, already parted out 2 62's and have 2 more to go. One was a Hardtop, one was a 4 door. The next 2 are also 4 doors. What body do you have? Shipping is not a problem.

I have a 4 door Lark Regal sedan, if a clock is available and perhaps other accessories. Let's know when you have the parts listed. Thanks.

I think the 62 Cruiser has a nice clock. The car is 400 bucks and the clock is included.

Hey Mike, I can't tell if you still have a good rear valance for a 1959/60 Lark Convertible. It says sold in the middle of that line on your ad.

[FONT=comic sans ms][SIZE=3]You two do realize this thread is six years old?

It does not mean they all sold, despite this post being six years old.

I was visiting there a year ago, and quite a few of them were still up for sale. I suspect StudeRich can provide a simple 'yes/no' answer on which of the above is still available.

Wooowwww ... lookit at all them parts!! Then again, judging by your e-store, a lot of that isn't even Studebaker. Still impressive though! Would you by any chance have a fuel pump for a 245-six? Mine is missing.

(S)
02-18-2017, 03:58 AM
I do not have any 245 F pumps right now, Even the rebuild kits are hit and miss. You got me, I sell a few brand X parts. Don't click on that little number next to the purple star by the seller name......

"mostly not even Studebaker' ? Ha

I just sent Chuck Collins two good used Commander 6 fuel pumps in partial payment for one rebuilt one. One was double action. So I suspect he will have some newly rebuilt ones in stock.

I was told and read that you can take your 2 barrel manifold to a machine shop, mill the bosses flat, get the correct gasket for your carb, drill out or Mille the holes for the opening. If your handy you can remove the old studies, drill and re thread for the 4 barrel carb or you can have the machine shop do it all for you.

I didn't say "mostly" I said " a lot of," there's a huge difference. Please don't make me into any more of a prat than I already am! Honestly, with my foot-in-mouth disease, I don't need any help!

You know who a '50's body builder is, but not one of the top vendors in our hobby?
