I will let you know how it handles. Mustang II IFS frame stub and a FatMan front clip specific for a '54 Stude.

New leaf springs from Eaton, otherwise orig Stude rear end. Lots of pics, just not sure how to organize offer them and get them out there.

I see you have a stepped diameter driveshaft to help clear the tight tunnel. Was it made up new or is it from some other vehicle?

Very nicely done, I love your attention to detail. I am considering a Fatman front end for my 54 Conestoga. I understand they make them so sheetmetal pretty much bolts in place. Would be great to see pictures posted on someplace like Photobucket or Flickr.com.
