    Especially smooth without bumper guards. That red certainly helps draw some attention too.

        Is that rear window correct on the 1952 convertible? I know the 50 has a small split window, just have never seen a 52 rear window before. Love the car and the color!

          Wrap it up, I'll take it. Seriously, have you seen the beautiful '52 convertible at the Studebaker Nat'l Museum? It's powder blue with tan top. Same color as the '51 I had when I was in college.

            Went to plastic rear window in '51, I think.

                Yep, the rear window is correct, even the size. There is STILL a BIG blind spot! That's why the top on mine is "rarely up" <G> In fact, I actually put it up this winter in the garage. The longest it's been up since it was installed in July 2000!
