I haven't had any luck getting to Bill Cathcart's website

Has anyone else had the same problem?

I looked though a dozen or so threads, and couldn't find his phone number

Could someone forward...

I ordered some parts from him a couple of months ago. I asked him about the website and it turned out that Bill did some work for the webmaster, who paid him, at least in part, with a website and hosting services. It appears that the webmaster has moved and dissappeared off the face of the earth and so has the website. Cathcart is still open for business, but I doubt his website will be up anytime soon.
