As you know, I admire good work.
This is just soooo pretty, and nicely thought out...

I know Matthew posted some pic's earlier, but here are a few more...

When I saw the post I thought it would be about a Champ pickup. I do love the look of that Champion engine and the engine compartment. The small details make a huge difference in the overall look. Beautiful job!

              Great Job!
That is the type of Studebaker inspiration I was looking for when I sat down at my computer this snowy December morning!!

And it runs just as good as it looks. George is a pretty good engine builder.

We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

The world's most expensive Champion four door.

I talked to George (the car's mechanic) today, and he was telling me that it's soon to go back to the body shop to get the final coat of paint, then off to the upholsterers. This car has a LOT of cool 'tricks' everywhere and will be one of the coolest Studes on the road.

When the car is done, I'll do a big write up for Turning Wheels. The story is a pretty good one.

                              Matthew,
Get some close up shots of George's tattoo's.
That'll show the forum members who's 'all in' for Studebakers, and who's not
