  • 54 Commander 4dr in Brampton ON

Price point seems a bit high for a 4dr, but the car looks nice...

A bit high? Especially since it has the "239 V8" and the "2 speed" automatic on the printed sign. My guess it is an inherited car and the current seller knows not that much about it (or what it requires in the way of upkeep) other than it should be "worth a lot".

        Hi Cliff--

No slight intended against 4dr cars...just acknowledging that the market gives them less respect than coupes. From the buyer's perspective, that's no bad thing! I'd love to have this 54, or the 56 I also posted, or for that matter that lovely 58 that's in our own chapter...I don't of course have to tell you that you can have every bit as much fun with a 4dr as with a 2dr. My own Lark happens to be a 2dr, but that isn't specifically why I bought that one...it was the right car for a variety of reasons. It was out of copyright, too.

        :-)

        Cheers
