View Full Version : No SASCO in TW this month

I was waiting for my new Turning wheels to arrive like I do every month. Seeing that the May issue was coming I was waiting for SASCO's May ad which is usually a sheetmetal sale ad.
I recieved TW today and gave it a quick run through and... no SASCO ad. Darn:(

I was planning to buy some parts for a Lark and I still will but I was looking forward to an ad that has been in the may Issue for as long as I can recall.

Oh well

How odd is that? I don't think I can remember ever seeing a Turning Wheels with out some kind of ad coming from the Home of Studebaker...

When was the last time that happened???

I dont want to start another where is my TW issue this month, but it's great we are midway thru April and you already have the May issue. I got my April early last month, maybe the post office will see fit to bring mine in shortly.:D

Does anyone from SASCO participate on this forum [?] We could just ask them. [8D] just a thought..

Even tho I don't know anything about it, I might think that paying for fire watch persons and upgrades might have an impact as well.[}:)]

They hired a gal to do a fire watch until the city gets off it's ass. I suggested they might hire a fire watch/SASCO worker who could watch the building in the evening, box orders, sort parts and such as a compromise.
