I dropped the speedometer pinion inside the transmission case when installing it. Is there an easy way to get it out? Can it be left there? The manual shows no moving parts other than the tailshaft so it does not look like it would interfere with anything. Surely I am not the first person to do such a dumb thing. Any solutions?
