I find it annoying that Publishers will find something like that modified '56 Hawk or whatever it is, and show it to represent a '53 Champion thinking it is correct or correct enough, it very well may have been a 4 Dr. Sedan.

That is the strangest looking mild custom I think I have ever seen, J.C. Whitney bumper over-riders, some kind of Parking Lights that resemble '53-'54 stuck in the side Grilles, the fender top Parking lights removed, and '53-'54 corner guards somehow attached to the '55-'64 Bumpers that they should not fit, what the heck is it supposed to be?

I've seen "Reminisce" in a few waiting rooms, etc., and have always enjoyed it. I think I belong to another generation in all reality (I'm only 52!).

My mom used to get the "Reminisce" magazine before she passed away. I read it on a pretty regular basis. There were often articles that included Studebakers one way or another. I remember one picture of a '55 Studebaker (sedan I believe) that had been converted to a motorhome.

Isn't that the car and owners that had a small piece in Turning Wheels recently? I think it is a 53 but the owners changed the hood and grille area.

The Average US income is now between $40,000 & $46,000 unless you are a Federal employee in which case it is about 20% higher (LOL). So if you take the salary above and multiply it by 10 you are in the right range for the average, so if you multiply all of the above prices by 10 you will see its not too far off. It doesn't look like milk has gone up as much though and a few other things.
