  • Vent Glass removal

Well got back from Carlisle PA yesterday and decided to play with that vent window, Took the glass out in about 3 min. It seems if you run a screwdriver along the sides and remove the rubber from each side of the tip of the vent frame you can incert a smaller scerwdriver in and just gently lift the edges and guess what the glass comes right out. I took the vent frame out of the assemble and discovered that the pivot bolt (bolt & spring)was broken It is held in by a plate with 2 rivits.I wonder if you can buy that or do you have to junk yard that part, anyone seen them for sale?
