M5 Spare Tire Carrier

I'm looking for the L bolts that clamp the M5 spare tire carrier to the frame. The size according the the parts book is 1/2" -20x6 5/8". What does the 5/8" mean? Does anybody know where I can find this bolt?

1/2-20 is the thread, 6-5/8 is the length.

Since you have a sample (or at least a picture of one) and now know the bolt detail specs, looks like someone could fabricate those pretty easily. Gary Ash, are you listening?
