On a 62 Lark Deluxe, was the inside of the trunk painted body color or something else? Did Studebaker use speckle paint like the Big 3 did? Also, did it come from the factory with a trunk mat, or was that optional? Thanks!

On my 62 Lark the trunk is the same as the body and on my 62 Daytona it is the same as the body color.
The mat I don't know both of mine don't have them.
Maybe some one else might know the answer on the mat.

Yes the Trunk Mat was a Hounds tooth Pattern Gray and Black imprinted on Rubber. Vinyl replacements are available, if back in stock at the Studebaker Vendors at: studebakervendors.com.StudeRich
