Just came across a "Studebaker Auto 1956 Golden Hawk Pacson Blower Motor" on e-bay (item number 260108338018). E-mailed the seller to advise there was not a supercharger on '56 GH's and that the correct spelling of "Pacson" is "Paxton".

LOL... I don't bother with corrections anymore b/c most of them say something along the lines of, "Well, my friend's cuzzint knows ALL about old cars, and HE sez..."

Now I hope to find bargains based on somebody's refusal to admit they may be wrong ;):D

Aw, heck, and here I was hoping that it was the brackets and pulleys (oh, wait, I don't have a 56J anymore...)

Memo to the ebay seller, and I quote Apu from the Simpsons "Uggh I dont know which part of that sentence to correct first"
All I can say is, come on now, they put these things on M*stangs for Pete's sake, the seller could at least get the name right, lol

Well the guy actually revised the listing to a "Paxton" supercharger but now claims it was on a '57-'58 Golden Hawk. I have told him twice that the GH's used Mcculloch's, but I guess it fell on deaf ears.
