The article is a short biography of a man by the name of George Ambler from the time he served in WWII to present day life. Here is a paragraph from that article in relation to Studebaker:

'After about eight years with the Boy Scouts, George served as the recreation director for Studebaker Corp. until it folded. One of his main jobs was setting up tours for Studebaker employees. He then continued in the travel business with Forlow Tours, 1st Bank and Trustís travel department and Travelmore.'

A recreation director employed by Studebaker? He set up tours for the employees? Anybody know anything about this that can share some further information? Thank you.

There was a 'Studebaker Athletic Association'. They took care of the vending machines in the factory and offices to help fund it.
