What is a good sandable epoxy to use for repairing dash pad cracks?

Have you tried contacting a body shop to see who they recommend? Is the dash in or out of the car? I've had dashes repaired in this area between $75-100. With the graining in the vinyl & being its so visible, I wouldn't try to do it myself.59 Lark wagon, now V-8, H.D. auto!

I used body filler to repair the cracks etc before putting a new piece of vinyl over the dash pad.
