Odd, that blue Avanti is not a factory color, pretty though.

JDP, I was thinking exactly the same thing, but then wondered if it might be black with a really good sky reflection?? In the mid and late 60's there was a black Avanti with big Cragar mags that seemed to set at a more agressive than normal angle that I would see when going thru either Red Bank or Soddy Daisy, Tn. I was driving brand X's at the time, and wanted that car so bad it hurt. Avanti has one of the best body shapes there is for dark colors. Having said that, I wanted our gold one that I painted Titan red to be turquoise, but wouldn't because another one was in our local club. I was afraid at the time that I could not do a good enough job to justify the black or dark blue. John
