It seems that there are still lost people looking for the info that is over on the Glendale 2010 International Topic about this Morning's Caravan from So. Calif.

In this new format you cannot just revise a earlier post to bring it to the top, where it will be seen, so I am doing what I never did in the old system, adding another post to it.

I'm not able to get to Phoenix, so I went over to Cabazon this morning to see the cars as they came through. I got there about 9 and the only Studey there was a champ truck with camper shell pulling out onto the freeway. It looked to be loaded up. I snapped a couple pictures of it as it got on the freeway and one as it was cruising along. I'll post them when I get home from work today.

Sounds like everyone is arriving by any means other than by Studebaker. Is this event more of a Swap Meet or an excuss to fly somewhere for a holiday.

That Champ pickup was at La Palma yesterday (Sun). Looks better in person. All the way from British Columbia. I was glad to see them, shows that Studebakers can be driver long long distances and keep on going. Looking forward to Wed and seeing it again!

I'm 99% sure that's Pete and Judy Sauer's Champ. They're pretty famous on the Truck forum- Peter took an epic trip all around the U.S. over several weeks' time last year (not in a Stude, in a truck with camper). True Studebaker-ers extroardinaire!

Pete and Judy Saur were spotted at the California Automobile Museum in Sacramento 6-9-2010 I offered them a room for the night but they wanted to continue their trip.

They said that they were going to have breakfast a Ruby's at 7:00 AM. I was there a 7:07 AM and not even a Stude Truck was to be seen.
