That does kinda look like Frank, but there's no way it really is. Frank would have traction bars under the back end.

Yes, that's Rolf Meyer. He flies in for the Antique Studebaker Club fall tour every year in October and stays over for the Hershey swap meet. Very nice guy! I don't think those are the correct headlights for the Rockne but they look just fine.

Weren't many of the vehicles imported to Europe required to have local parts finished, not only complying with local lighting requirements but also providing employment for the local population? I know some of the European lights on modern vehicles are not permitted in the U.S.

I think its great that these folks are willing to take their nice 1932 car out into the mountains in a snowstorm and go barreling around. They're obviously having fun doing it, too. These folks are real Studebaker DRIVERS!
