I have both a Lark that has front and rear drum with stripped or bent studs. Do I need new drums or can I get new studes and have a shop or garage press them in?

A good 'old fashioned' brake shop (or automotive supply machine shop) should be able to press out the damaged studs and replace them.
Just make sure that the knows the originals were 'swaged' and that they use the proper removal and installation procedures.
Hope the info helps.
