Who the heck knows? They were very careful not to reveal any details of the filing. Wait and see, I guess.

So...
Ebay buys the stock of an ex-employee
(must have been one of the founders to get a 25% stake in the company with one purchase)..
Then they sue to keep Craigslist small by claiming stock value dilution.....
Ebay's not dumb, but they aren't nice, either....
