Just saw a BEAUUUUUTIFUL Packard!!!

On my way back to work I was passed by an absolutely gorgeous Packard Carribean convertible. Deep wine colour with a white top. This is the first of these I have ever seen other than in a picture. Rare enough to see a Stude here in London, let alone a Packard! Also appeared to have a removable rear window in the soft top. Would that be correct? Any of the other Ontario guys familiar with this car, or seen it at a show. Truely stunning!! Made my day.

Wow, a fellow Londoner! I'm now living in Ingersoll but spent the first 25 years of my life as a Londoner. Any other Stude owners in "The Forest City"? I actually bought my Lark in London.

You can't be very old! Nearly ALL converts had a rear window that unzippered and laid down in the top well!!
