I know he's been "under siege" by local "developers" because of his holdings. He was trying to "move" some stuff to lessen the impact, but it may have come to him having to move. Damned "progress"![}]
I don't know any of this firsthand, but I got it from a source who knows Chuck personally.

I had heard the same thing as Mr. Biggs. Chuck's name still comes up from time to time on the Truck Talk site. Perhaps Jerry Kaiser would know (if he wasn't the source). I ended up with the '58 E-40 tandem that Chuck had.

Was unable to index it, but got lucky and found it pretty quickly. As far as I know this was the latest 'meeting' of the truck farmers. I thought the people in the photo had all been indentified, but apparently not. That would make a great project for everyone to contribute to before it becomes too late.

Well, I didn' have nun them fancee overhauls like them uthr fellas was a wairin', but that's my ugly mug (second from the left) up thar with tha rest o' them thair farmers. A lot of them look familiar, but the only ones I can put a name to is our StudeBob, and next to him (third from left)is Mr. Chuck Naugle.

I'm not sure, but that could be Frank Drumheller second from right and maybe Gary Hearn 5th from right. I met them both at York in March. Both are an absolute fountain of knowledge on Stude trucks.

Good to hear from you, but though I have done some farming and owned a bunch of trucks, I am not part of this group. I do not think Frank is either, I have never seen him in any sort of denim.

# 27 looks like Craig Piper, owner of Westmoreland Restorations in Blairsville, Pa, holding his daughter, Charlotte. Judging from the picture on page 11 of that issue #28 would be Lloyd Moore.

I just talked to Craig and that is him. He suggested contacting Chuck Naugle or Jim Dowdy, as they are the ones who organized the Truck Farmers.

Number 23 appears to point to a young boy? Also there appears to be an unnumbered person (wearing sunglasses) behind and between 18 and 19. The young person standing in front of Chuck Naugle didn't get a number, and lastly, is there someone standing (side profile) behind number 6?
