help, ive put the new parts in my horn ring including the grey foam and shims. the horn was fine for awile but it keeps collapsing the foam and now again it is viberating and the relay viberates also. how do i fix this? jim

Jim, somehow this post escaped me. Did you use new parts (foam)? And how do you know the relay is vibrating? It's mounted out near the front of the engine compt, no?[?]
