Is that also true in a GT hawk?

I believe it's true of all.

Guess that explains why the homebrew headliner in the Lark I'm looking at is baggy at the front and rear

The windshield doesn't necessarily have to come out but the back glass does. Although it is much easier if both are out

                Robert,
Yea, I tried it and it looks just like what you'd expect,,, a short-cut. Go ahead and "push" out the windows, but do it on a hot day when you can put the car in the hot sun for the gaskets to get soft (mabe). OBTW, use plenty of sealer when re-installing. Make sure you use the right stuff. Doing it that way allows you to glue the front and rear sections tight after you stretch it. BTDT,,BOTH ways.

GT Hawks only need the back glass removed.

JDP, would this hold true for a 53 Starliner? Thanks,
