it has South Dakota Plates on it

Looks like a total 'hack job' on the floors.I would wonder what else is butchered on this car. He's also about 10,000 cars low on his production # 'facts'
In '57 1180 259 v-8 coupes were built-and 9607 built with 289.
Resale red looks good in the pics.
