  • Hawk In Future?

I stopped at a local storage area to talk with the old guy who runs the place and when he noticed my Lark he told me about a Hawk that was left there for 3 years without payment and said it was in the process of being auctioned off. I could see part of it and it looked like it was the original red paint all faded but nice. I will try to get more information and some pictures.

Here are some pictures of the 1962 GT Hawk with a 4 speed. There was also a nice Studebaker truck and a 53 Cadillac at the same location. I spent some time talking to the man that runs the place and he showed me a model A roadster streetrod he was building. I hope I can be that active when I'm 74!

      Jim,

Tell him to get it out of the grass!!! That is a decent looking car, but as you can see it is beginning to get rot down low and in the floorboards. Good luck if you decide to get it.

Could you post a pics of your 49 fire truck? We have one as well; real rough, but it IS a Stude fire truck.

Matthew Burnette, the 16 year old Stude nut.

        63 Daytona HT (project)
51 Stude dump truck (yes, I won the raffle)
        52 Commander Starliner (basket case)
