  • Lark Stays, 1960 Buick Phantom Phaeton Sold

Since I can't seem to find a buyer for my Lark I decided to sell one of my Buicks. It didn't bring much but without a top it's not driven much here in the Seattle area. I really thought this car would sell for much more than it did. Here's a picture:

Nice !! I've always thought the 59 and 60 Buick [especially the 60]looked like full blown custom cars right from the factory!!

Took my drivers test in a 60 Electra station wagon. Man,if I only had ten or twenty more garage spaces than the two I've got...

            Jim,
Congrats on selling the Buick! Someone got a bargain. I watched it on eBay. Very nicely done conversion. Love the paint scheme...it really shows off the lines on the car nicely. The perfect cruiser (and homecoming queen parade car [8D])

Nice looking Buick. A guy that I worked with in 1962-1963 had a red & white 1960 Buick Invicta (I think) hardtop and I had a red & white 1960 Mercury Montclair hardtop. We used to park next to each other with the cars backed up to the building under our windows. Neat to look at every day.

I like those things! I had a chance to own an Electra ragtop many years ago. But heck, I was already "car poor" by then! All with Studes no less.[xx(]
