  • Daytona is home!

I put the new shocks on the Daytona this weekend as well as an exhaust system so I thought that I'd drive it the 2-3 miles from the shop to the house. The car rides WAY batter now and handles perdy good too. It made the trip flawlessly and runs better all the time. Here's a few pics of the car in the back yard.

Sure is good to see the Daytona on the road again. I remember when I first met your Grandpa and family back in 1985, your mother was driving that car to school. Now thats something. Her first car, which was the Daytona Studebaker, is now your first car. That don't happen very often. Hope you enjoy.

That's great Matthew! Keep 'er driving and have a great time doing it.

I hope that one day you will post a slideshow of photos of your Daytona driving on the beach . . . at Daytona!

It'll be at the Turkey Rod Run this year. I'm hoping so anyways. That's in Daytona. I'll take a camera... (Good idea )
