Disk Brake Wheel Painting (63)

Gents:
I'm hoping someone can come up with some advice on this-

What was the paint scheme for disk brake wheels on a 63 R type Lark?
Were both sides painted, or just the show side? Also would like to know if the wheels would have been flat black and the Wimbledon White painted over that?

Some were left flat black on the back, but most were painted both sides.

Thanks, that's very helpful. I wonder if they went to painting one side when it became obvious the company wasn't going to make it-say toward late 1963?

If they did do that, those would be '64 models. I believe '64 production started in August of '63. I have a '64 with disk brakes in Michigan that I haven't relocated to FL yet. It still has two of the white wheels on it but I haven't paid attention to what the insides look like.
