i'm in dire need of a good 30-31 president headlight lens and ring. i have a set of glolite buckets and rings, but i am missing one lens and one ring is in bad shape. these measure 12" tall, and 9" across. i'd even use a tiltray lens if i had to. any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
matt

matt,

we're all postwar Stude types here (post WWII that is[:I])

Try posting your quest here: http://forums.aaca.org/ubbthreads.php?Cat=&C=7

there MIGHT be some info here as well: http://www.theantiquestudebakerclub.com/

Do you belong to the Antique Studebaker Club? Their bi-monthly publication is probably THE place where the biggest condensation of pre-war Stude parts is to be found.;)

post war?...ok, how about a nice gauge cluster and a drivers side grill for a 54 champion?

The gauge cluster shouldn't be a big problem. Maybe someone here can help. They often show up on ebay and there are many used parts vendors. Check their ads in Turning Wheels.

Same for the grill but a good one will be pricey and be sure it's correct for your model. Sedan grills are different than C/K models.

If you need the grill for a C/K, they are getting a little pricey. Here's one that sold on eBay recently for over $1000!

It's NOS, but I'll bet it will have to be replated for a show car (another $400 or so).
