i am not exactly sure but here is my guess. fenders, doors, etc, about .025-.030" but there are a few spots that will be thicker, on 64's and up the area behind the gas tank is at least .050 maybe even .060" and the corner pieces under the tail lights are cast aluminum, probably due to their odd shape.

I haven't worked on a Lark but I have a 63 T cab and the fenders I had to repair were .050 or 18 Ga. They should be the same as a 59-50 Lark.

18 gauge, ok, thanks. I want to find some flat stock sheet metal and didn't know what thickness the stuff is rated in. For what it is worth, I cut up a Jaguar Xj6 hood for sheet metal scraps and it was much thicher. Wonder what the new car stuff gauge is? Thicker or thinner?
