I have a Granetelli B103 R3 engine for sale. Built and ready to go. I do have over 800 pictures of the engine before during and after the restoration. No expenses were spared on the engine, but I have to sell it. Please email me at nimeshsolanki@hotmail.com for information or pictures.

Hi, Nimesh,

Good to have you back on board. (You do know you just guaranteed yourself to receive about 500 e-mail requests for info? EVERYONE here wants an R3, but very few have the jingle. :)

thnx, jv.

count me in there... only thing I have worth enough to trade for it would be the car I'd want to put it in :(

This may be a dumb question, but someone interested may want to know... does it include the supercharger setup, and if so, is it Avanti or Lark/Hawk style? Or was the R3 only available with the Avanti brackets and pulleys?

N8, you don't have enough value in both your cars to trade. <g> All the R3's used a side mount blower.

I wonder how many in my "fleet" I would have to trade to get this? Just imagine, "Honey, I'm home and just traded 5 trucks for one uninstalled motor." :D

I'd guess they'd have to be at least $5,000 trucks (each) for a Nimesh built R3. (but worth every penny...I mean truck [8D] ).

Greetings, All,

Had a nice, long conversation with Nimesh about his R3. It is definitely the best one which can be built - everything is literally perfect and brand new. Since the most recent complete R3 sold for a reported $28k, my guess his should be worth $35-50k. Whether anyone will pay that remains to be seen, but we all wish we could.

thnx, jv.
