Is there any known product that can be used on these wheels that will save them from road salt?
I might be in the market for some Stude truck wheels 16"

Just be aware that if you get a nick or scratch and the salt water starts working underneath it will start a bubble that won't quit. I had the back bumper on my Jeep pickup powder coated. Looked great when I got it back but near the end caps were it got scrapped a little bit the rust has started to bubble the powder coating and looks like it will keep going.

There are some newer powder coatings that are supposed to prevent this.

There is a place called Exxex powder coat down the street from me. He will do wheels for $10 a piece. You are a little too far away this is in L.A.
