Hi
Back in 1975 on a trip to Colorado, we traveled Highway 50 into the state, on the east edge of Lamar,Colorado was a used car dealer. Other than the few ten year old cars up front, the place could have been considered a collector car dealer. Up front was a red and while '58 Packard hardtop, not the Hawk, one of the 675 built. On a second row was a '41 Studebaker sedan/coupe, I believe it was a President. Among others were a '35 Chrysler Airflow, various Buicks & Chryslers & Cadillacs, the chassis of a Lincoln L, other cars from the Thirties, Forties and Fifties. I think the man who owned the place was named Coberly.
Does anyone else remember that place? I would love to read your recollections.
Thanks!
Steve
