do one of the vendors have replacement
pins that go in the cylinder ?
the pin that is in the center of casting extending thru the piston.
I seam to be missing a couple of them

I doubt that you will find one of the regular vendors that will sell that item as all of them that I know sell the cylinders as a rebuilt or new unit. To find a component part of one of those units you'd have to figure out who does the rebuilding for the vendors. If I was going to do that, the first person I would contact would be Dave Thebeault. Maybe someone else has an opinion about this, but.... Those pins may not even be necessary. All they effect is a sort of self-adjusting feature. I don't know of another caliper that uses such an arrangement (after all, it IS a British design! [xx(])
I can't see how the piston can drift back even without this pin/gripper thing. If your rotors wobble so much that they force the pistons/pads back, you's got more troubles than excessive piston travel![:0][V]
