Thanks Deepnhock, Colt cams needs 20 serious customers to be able to pull this off. $200. U.S. $250. Canadian. Plus taxes S$H.per cam. I cant stress deep enough how great a project this is. The first run is aimed at helping Studebaker Racers. Just how well this is received will determine future R&D on mild street cams. Need commitments in form of deposit to Colt Cams. Its possible that In the event that New cylinder heads become a reality, We may see some really nice cam profiles that could be designed to compliment maximum flow potential. As for the first run flat tappet cams, It most likely will be aimed at the supercharger/ Turbo engines, that need up to 116 degree lobe separation. So far 90 percent of interest has been aimed that way. Keep the forum loaded, need your support, Thanks Tom

The first run of cams is targeted at race car needs, the second wave of group purchaces will be aimed at mild street engines, this cam will be a pinch nicer than the R-3 cam. all those interested please contact either myself or Geoff Bardal Of Colt Cams. Tom

Early next week would like to have anyone that is seriously interested in the Camshaft Group Purchace to contact me, need about 15 more commitments to get the grinder going. The new profile will have plenty of punch and thus far we know that the cam will be a supercharger profile that is fairly potent. We have a Cam that is very close to this newer profile and It has shown great potential. We are working feverishly trying to answer everyones questions, please be patient and we will do our best to get back to you. Contact Geoff Bardal of Colt Cams or myself, Thanks Tom Osborne.

Update: A very positive response to date so far from all over the globe around 200 replies. There is still lots of room to get in on this run of cams, would like atlest 15-20 more reserves. This new cam will yeild significant gains over the Colt C-215-S single pattern cam. and that cam is a bear. Careful core planning is underway and hopefully within 2 weeks the final pattern can be sent to the foundry for production run.
