Try Stephen Cade at Stephen Allen's Auto...

(Good guys to do biz with..)
Ask for Danny or Steve and tell them Jeff Rice sent you over...

I second that.
They found me a hard to find NOS "Conestoga" script. Not cheap, but when you're the begger.....

I've done other buisness with them too.

Here's a pretty complete list of Studebaker parts vendors.

http://www.studebakervendors.com/

In addition to Stephen Allen, I've had good luck with Studebaker International, SASCO, and StudebakerParts.com (Chuck Collins). Prices are going to be fairly similar across the board. For the parts you're looking for, prices are about what you'd pay for a Brand X at your local FLAPS. Pretty cheap!

If you think Stephen Allen's is too expensive, then you are in the wrong hobby... He's going to be right in line price-wise with everyone else. Unless you find some take off used parts, you may well be sol.... Good luck on your search.
