In case my plans fall through with some buddies who have a trailer, or before I have to hire a transport service, I thought I'd ask if anyone was headed north with an empty trailer who might want to pick up a '51 coupe in Ft. Lauderdale.
The brakes are stuck, so the owner pulled it out of his garage with an F250 (hope he didn't damage anything!)... I'd hate to think what a transport service would do to it getting it on the truck. I heard from a friend here on the forum that it could be as simple as popping out the rubber plug on the brake backing plate, then rotating the adjuster, which might free them up.
