  • hei dist for 6 cyl stude

Has any one done this before. I've put them on stovebolt sixes and a few amc sixes and v8 motors. The dist in the old 61 Lark VI I have is wore slam out. The old car is a dayly driver not worth restoring I'm just trying to keep it on the road reliably

    thanks Tony

I had one done by Dave LeVesque years ago. Worked fine.

I talked to Dave some time ago and he said he had quit doing the HEI since the Pertronix units were available, much cheaper than he could do the HEI. You might be able to twist his arm but he is supposedly up to his eyeballs in brake kits.

Dave T-Bow has just finished a custom billet, all electronic performance distributor for the sixes and the V8 is on the way.
