"After reviewing our list for help during the meet in Memphis, it looks like we will only need 6 people from various Chapters for car judging Saturday Oct. 1. All of the other areas our Chapter feel we can cover.
So, back to our request for help, I would appreciate your help in contacting your Zone Chapters and see if there are volunteers. I would rather give you a heads-up now vs. asking people at the last minute at the show.
Let me know your thoughts and how we can work together and make this happen.

As much I as would like to be there, I just can't do it. I don't really think they would care what zone you are from, if you can attend the meet and help judge, jump right in! If you do volunteer to help out, I would appreciate knowing.
