help with transmission ID

[BRIZBOMB]

this weekend i found a stude engine with a ford automatic transmission attached for $125. it looks good and spins.

the engine is a 289 president 58H (P69523)

the transmission has a red FORD metal tag with these numbers:
P-700-J and 10-33637 and 0-700 6-B (the 6-B might be mis-read)

what transmission do i now posses?

I've got a Hollander interchange manual and those numbers don't even come close to meaning anything in the Ford Auto-tranny ID section.
