1955 president v-8 with a '63 flow through block has Champion H18Y plugs. What is the proper plug, any heat range recomendations?

For a V (259) or P (289) code engine; Champion H-14Y (not for an R or JT series engine).

I had to order my plugs from CarQuest,at least they took the time[about 45 seconds]to look them up.As I've said before, when you get those dumb stares from behind the counter, find a different store!
