C and K, are they frames used on the Studebakers? I see references to C/K and don't know much other than the K car of the 70's were not Studebakers.

C/K frames are 120.5 inch wheelbase, most sedan frames were 116 until the Larks were introduced in 1959. C/K frames started in 1953, became Hawks in 1956 thru 1961, and went thru the end known as GT Hawks until mid December 1963.

C and K refer to body styles and not frames. C is a coupe body and K is a hardtop body. C, K and President Classics used the 120.5 inch wheelbase, as pointed out by Sam. What are usually referred to as C/K start with 1953 and go through 1961 for C and 1964 for K.
