Moving 232 fuel pump

On the early 232 V-8s with the fuel pump mounted on top of the engine, if I convert this to the later type pump setup, what do I do about the oil line that lubricates the old pump? Will just plugging it be OK?

Yes, just remove the line and put a 1/8 NPT plug in the hole in the head.
