  • Orphan Axle

I have a complete orphan rear axle that was originally bought (sight-unseen) for a Marmon. Unfortunately, wasn't for our Marmon. I recently purchased an old axle shaft catalog that indicates this may be from a Studebaker during the years 1919 - 1929.

Is there a Club technical advisor for this period that could give me a yea or nay whether this is indeed from a Studebaker?

I am not familiar with the availabilty of Studebaker parts from this period, but if it is anything close to the effort of finding Marmon parts, I am sure there is a Studebaker owner who would like to obtain this axle.

I have pictures and sketches with identification numbers that I can provide by email.

    Thanks for any help
    Geoff

    Try here: <www.theantiquestudebakerclub.com>

Most of us here are only versed in postwar Studebaker vehicles.

    Miscreant at large.
No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.
