Ted Harbit, as chronicled earlier in another thread, has indeed sold out to:
Fairborn Studebaker ( Dayton, Ohio area )

Phil, and Madelyn Harris, the new owners, were present at the Indy Chapter February gala hosted by by Ed Reynolds, of Studebaker International fame, in Greenfield, Indiana today. It came to my attention that Phil may just possibly have some drag racing experience, too. ( Why am I not surprised? ) And, from what little chance I had to chat Phil, he seems to have a nice personality like Ted does. ( Shocking, is it not? )
Phil is planning to be at York, and also the Michiana swap meet on May 6th, and 7th, and should be located near Ted's usual spot, front row center. Yes, Ted does plan to be right where he always is this year, to wind down his parts service, and of course see all his friends, which are many!
I hate to see Ted quit vending, but Phil seems ready to fill the void. You do parts Phil............................Ted, is that a 9 second Avanti in the staging lane? ( But then, the Chicken Hawk ain't far off that)
