Does anyone know where I can get a Clutch Pedal Spring, Part Number
123016, for a 1926 Studebaker Standard Six???????

Try SASCO, but something that old will be iffy.

Your best bet will probably be to have a new one made, assuming you have the old one to use as a pattern. I believe there is a guy that reads alt.autos.studebaker that owns a place that can custom wind springs, so you might want to try posting there. I know that he is making repro Hawk hood springs, in stainless. Alternately, try your local hardware store, you might get lucky and find that it's a standard spring size.
