I've been seeing this from somewhere else, anyone know anything about it?

the minutes of the studebaker drivers club board of directors meeting
which was held at charlotte. mostly just the normal stuff with one
notable exception and that is the club is noticing that club revenues
have substantially increased since sdc contracted with a new
membership secretary/service. the minutes also reflect that sdc has
contracted for legal advice that seems to be aimed a trying to recover
lost revenue from the previous membership secretary. anybody have any
other information to share?"

This can be discussed more fully after any litigation is complete.

:(Grrrrrr..... I didn't know that Bob. Something like this is what gets me so aggravated, I DO wish I knew more about it. What happens is that guessing and innuendo become the order of the day. That's exactly why I was so happy that we got the forums on the SDC site, so things like this could be briefed, even discussed and sorted out directly between club officers and members, factually, and in a timely manner.

I don't think I should get started about this right now, but thanks for the heads up partner.;)

Hey! Are you all ready for winter up there yet? I AM!!! :D

I don't think we should jump to any conclusions as yet. Let's see what transpires and then we can comment.

Seems to me that you might ask someone who was a spectater at the B/D meeting for what they heard / remembered.
Maybe your representative can, tho he might not want to talk, being an official.
