Just bleed like you would any other brake component, either hook a pressure bleeder to the reservoir and crack the bleeder screws (there are two) until the bubbles are all out or have a helper stroke the brake pedal while you loosen and tighten the screws. A short length of clear tubing and a bottle are useful for keeping the fluid from ruining your paint, and you can also watch for bubbles easier that way.
